Hershey’s Mill Singers

We love to sing and harmonize together! We usually total approximately fifty singers.  We hold an annual holiday concert as well as a spring concert every other year.  The Singers also present occasional concerts at local nursing homes, etc. as an outreach to the community.

Our rehearsals are at the Community Center on Monday evenings at 7:00 pm and 3:15 or 4:30 pm on Wednesdays.  Rehearsals will start for our winter concert on September 11.

We are a non-auditioned group but do ask that singers have had some experience singing in choirs, etc. and can read music to some extent.

Currently the Singers are directed by Steve Patchel, a long-time church choir director who lives in Wilmington and serves a church there.  He is an accomplished musician and talented director. Our pianist is Sharon Kope, a very talented accompanist. Currently the Singers president is Ronnie Manaker.. Both Sharon and Ronnie live in the Mill.

New members are welcome to join. For more information, call or e-mail Ronnie Manaker (see directory).
