The Sports Group has given us permission to start the 2020 Bocce League. We plan to start playing on Sunday July 5th. This will most likely be an abbreviated league season ending around Labor Day. Groupings will probably be set up so that teams will play 5 or 6 matches, versus the normal 8.
IMPORTANT—we are implementing a 3 week signup period ending June 15th (firm). We will then need 3 weeks administrative time to organize the league and communicate the details to the league participants. At that time, we will also communicate any information we have on hot dog nights, open bocce, the playoffs and the very popular end-of-year social.
Teams consist of 2 players. To register a team for the league, e-mail Joe Carrone at trejoe2@gmail.com. You must include names of both players, as well as their email addresses and preferred phone numbers.
Note – if you played in 2018, you will still need to re-register. Because of the compressed timeframe, please make sure you forward the entire set of information—so we don’t have to e-mail you back and delay the process.
